Objectives

Dwellworks is dedicated to improving the customer experience for their clients. The product redesign was focus on creating a new portal that broaden their service offerings to include virtual and  in-person service.  The goal was also improve the efficiencies and ease of use for customer and relocation experts. 

Reviewing and collaborating with content providers to align content with design objectives and prioritize information architecture.

Market Research

Interviewing users to determine pain points. Going through the process as a customer to determine the disconnect between the customer experience and relocation expert. Empathising with each user category in order to fully understand their needs.

User Insights

There were redundancies and fragmented workflows when entering information and communicating with clients. The Information architecture did not properly group like information. Frequently the content was not broken up in a way that was easy to consume. From this insight, we could both leverage existing content and add additional content in a more structured and streamlined manner.

Product Features

Leveraging the use of illustrations so the content was relatable and flexible. Creating a mix of composited and drawn illustrations to meet budgets and provide visual consistency. The clients are global and diverse, so illustration allows the user to put themselves into the experience. Looking to eLearning strategies in order to break up the content into steps and ease the consumption of details.
